About our Financial Professionals Bill Carr brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to Retirement Strategies. Bill has worked extensively in the area of retirement planning and financial services throughout his prior career with First Union and Principal Financial Group. Bill has also conducted retirement seminars for FCCJ and various corporations in the Jacksonville area. Bill specializes in product and market research so that he is constantly up to date on the newest products and investment strategies. Bill’s family keeps him active as a coach in a variety of youth sports and sports organizations and is an active member of Fruit Cove Baptist Church. Bill Hart holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a BSBA in Finance. Bill began his financial services career with First Union National Bank in 1981. He has worked as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies and taught retirement seminars through FCCJ and a variety of local corporations. Bill concentrates on retirement planning, rollovers from company retirement plans and the design of qualified plans for businesses. Bill is an active member and Treasurer of the Highlands United Presbyterian Church. He is involved in a variety of school and community activities.
